Summary: Thanks for the great stay at the Shadows. Everything you need is provided. Close to everything in the area. Good safe side walks to explore the neighborhood. I would suggest some sort of handle in the bath tub area for safety. A decorative handle could work. It does not need to be intrusive to the decorative theme. The bed in the room closest to the living room was most comfortable for us. We tried both of course. And the first room is more quiet as you can’t hear the ac compressor turning on in the second room.

Summary: Catherine's precious home in Mobile was exquisite and absolutely perfect for an extended stay in the city, a quick weekend visit, etc. It was far enough away to feel as secluded and safe as a charming neighborhood can feel, but close enough for all attractions. We were enamored with the efforts to modernize and decorate the home without losing the integrity and utterly unique magic of the historic home... No potential needs were overlooked and communication was top tier level... Catherine went above and beyond.. Thank you for an amazing experience!

Summary: Parking area is excellent; spacious, relatively private. Stepping stones are uneven, only one handrail for the steps, top step into the house is super high, especially for people with balance issues. Shower is EXCELLENT, shower curtain is annoying. Will book again if we return to Mobile!
